Stop Press! Key Green Farmhouse has been taken over by Tim and Janette Boskett from Northallerton who arrived at the beginning of August 2011. It offers a one bedroom self catering annexe, ideal for couples. There are alsol temporary sleeping arrangements for an additional guest in the form of a bed settee in the lounge or a bed chair upstairs.

The annexe consists of a small entrance porch, with a connecting door to the main farmhouse which is kept locked. The porch leads to a large open plan kitchen with lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with a washer-dryer, a fridge-freezer, microwave and cooking range. The lounge area has a television, radio and DVD/video with two settees, one of which can convert to a double bed (bedding for this is available at an additional cost of £25) Leading from the kitchen area is a staircase up to a large open plan bedroom with a separate small bathroom, with a bath having a hand held shower head on the mixer taps. Key Green Farmhouse enjoys wonderfully soft spring water rather than mains, and this is checked by Scarborough Borough Council. Heating is by an oil fired combi-boiler, all heating and electricity charges are included in the rental costs.

Outside the house has gardens and an enclosed patio area for guests with table and chairs.

Visitors are very welcome to bring one well behaved dogs with them, free of charge. Tim and Janette do not have a dog of their own but there are a number of working dogs living at the next door farmhouse.
