Prices include all linen, towels, heating and electricity.
Booking
Please ring or e-mail
to check the latest availability. Then send a deposit of £50
by cheque made payable to Ian Johnson. The full payment should be
sent no later than 4 weeks before the start of your visit.
Conditions
A. Bookings are held for a maximum of 7 days and are confirmed
on receipt of a deposit of £50. The deposit is non-returnable.
B. The remainder of the cottage rent is payable 4 weeks prior to
commencing your holiday, however if bookings take place less than
4 weeks before the holiday the whole amount shall be paid at the
time of booking.
C. Cancellations must be made in writing, if made less than 4 weeks
prior to the holiday a refund of the balance will only be made if
the accommodation can be re-let.
D. The holidaymaker shall be responsible for all damages.
E. The owners are not liable for personal injury to holidaymakers,
or damage/loss
of property.
